Story
Kevin came to Nashville in 1984 and has never considered living anywhere else. He has lived in the four corners of the city, gotten to know its neighborhoods, and watched the sleepy town transform into the vibrant city it is today.
A REALTOR® since 2011, Kevin has experience selling in all types of markets – from red hot to sleepy, in both buyer’s and seller’s markets. He is a licensed Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, is trained in preparing Broker Price Opinions, and has personal experience with flips and remodeling.
For Kevin, it’s all about what’s right for the client: de-stressing the homebuying process, eliminating the drama, and making sure every client gets the best home possible. He believes that the keys to a successful transaction and happy client are professionalism, communications, managing the details, and getting out in front of issues.
Before real estate, Kevin worked in the software industry as a software development and implementation project manager. He lives with his wife Joy, daughter Emma, and their dog Angus, and they enjoy low-key gatherings with friends at every opportunity.
Realizing they are soon to be empty nesters, Kevin has become an avid runner and cyclist, going from couch potato to marathon runner and triathlete. Thrilled to be in a position to give back to the community, he serves on the executive board of Walk Bike Nashville and the board of directors of East Nasty Running Club.
