What times of day are best for you to look at potential homes?
I try to stay flexible and will accommodate your schedule as much as possible. This market demands seeing hot listings quickly, so please don't hesitate to contact me about seeing it quickly. We'll work it out as soon as possible!

When do you want to be in your new home?
ASAP! I need to move now!
Three to six months would be great
Let's take it slow and get something in six months to a year.
I have no idea - whenever the right place comes along
Tell me about your current place
I own and want to keep it as an investment
I own and want to sell
I'm renting and ready for my own place
I'm new to Nashville and want to see what the fuss is about
I couch surf and my friends are ready for me to have my own place
Anything else I should know about your timeline?
How long have you been thinking about buying? Where have you been seeing listings so far?
Have you spoken with a mortgage lender?
Financing web sites can be great sources to get you in the ballpark on price range, but a simple conversation with a lender can really help nail down what you want to spend monthly and how much it will cost up-front to buy. Plus a letter from your lender saying you are a qualified buyer is very important to include with an offer!
Got it covered! I'm already pre-qualified.
I've talked to a lender but haven't started the process yet
Please send me lender recommendations
Where would you like to live?
Is it important for you to live near where you work? Do you have favorite neighborhoods or locations already? Where you do play? Are you open to learning about other great neighborhoods?
What type of home do you prefer?
A single family home only
A condominium only
I'd like to look at both
How many bathrooms do you need?
What size yard would you like?
None. I prefer not to have the maintenance
Weed eater - just enough to say I have grass
Push mower - space for some gardening, to play, to entertain, and to let the dog out
Bring on the lawn tractor - I want my space!
Which of these is more appealing to you?
Just looking for a gut reaction here. You can change your mind at any point.
Shiny and new - nothing to do but unpack
Charming with a few bumps and bruises that I can fix
Something to renovate to be my own
How do you feel about home improvements?
Bring them on! I'm ready to tear out walls and create some sweat equity
Remodeling a room or two sounds like fun
I'll paint and fix up, but nothing involving power tools
Nope! Move-in ready is the only way to go
Check the options that you value most in your new home
No reason to overthink this one. We're just getting thoughts together and will figure out the priorities later.
